I have had two scans both were not received by this surgery and both times I had to chase the hospitals to resend them and then relax. I had to get fleet surgery to phone them then I had to check it had been done.

Mix up over prescription not resolved as discussed. Waited 30 mins for reissue of prescription but it was still wrong. Correctly reissued later in the day but this has involved 2 tips to the surgery.

I felt Dr Calvert was committed to ensuring I get well even though it might be a complicated and time consuming process, she was with me for the "long level".
